Mentoring

Reassuring to see the 'strategies' sheet support some of our existing work but also give additional ideas. The 'Window of Tolerance' video was very informative. Thank you for an excellent CPD session.

Primary Headteacher

Clear, open, frank, humorous and passionately delivered. Had staff discussing thought provoking issues after training had finished. Which tells and shows me it was a success.

FE College

The mentoring gave me new strategies to support the learners and how to build a rapport with them

North Herts College Tutor

Thanks so much, I am the Designated Lead for Looked After Children and want all staff to undertake this training.

DL at North Herts College

The mentoring was provided as and when needed, with the offer of the mentor coming in to meet the learners if I wished. Without the strategies I believe some of the learners would not be where they are now
