Mentoring
Mentoring is provided to individual staff or small groups to enable them to explore challenges within their role.
Primarily aimed at those who teach and support children and young people who have additional and trauma linked needs, it facilitates a space for staff to develop their practice whilst gaining insight into the needs that may present as challenges within the classroom.
